TRS Corrugate for roofing and cladding offers the timeless elegance and matchless adaptability of the traditional corrugated profile. G550 grade steel with minimum 0.40mm BMT and maximum 0.55 BMT gives more resilience to damage.

CURVEd CORRUGATE ROOF
Corrugate roofing can be curved for both the 0.40mm and 0.55mm BMTs. Some photos of corrugated curved roofing from our finished projects are given below:

Note:
TRS Corrugate and TRS 5 are long-run roofing and wall cladding system. Regarding the use of TRS Corrugate and TRS 5 as roofing for extra high wind zone, the profile BMT should be 0.55, fixed with 12x65mm screws, and the purlin spacing should be 600mm Centre to Centre. Screw pattern for TRS Corrugate can be at every alternate crest but for TRS-5 it should be fixed at every crest. For the wall cladding in extra high wind zone, again BMT for both profiles TRS corrugate and TRS 5 should be 0.55 fixed with 12x50mm screws, TRS corrugate can be fixed at alternate crest but for TRS5 it should be fixed at every crest.
